Tim McCaffrey is FAR from your typical elementary school Principal. Tim's journey to becoming an educator was not something he had in mind growing up. As a matter of fact, teaching was the one job he did NOT want. In his second quarter as an Accounting major at CSUSB, Tim had a vision that forever changed the trajectory of his life. From that point on, Tim clearly knew exactly why he was created: to help kids discover their purpose and pursue that...RELENTLESSLY.
