It wasn’t that long ago that I was trying to do ALL THE THINGS and felt like I was barely hanging on. It affected my family, home, and health. But I had no idea how I was going to make room to take care of myself in the midst of the chaos. I finally realized that if I was going to create balance in my life in order to thrive, I needed to say no to commitments that didn’t serve me, learn when and how to ask for help, and create routines and systems (in my home and business) that turned chaos into calm.
