Welcome to The Ripple Podcast! One thing that’s become clear is that life can be really confusing and weird. BUT what I've seen is that with space to have meaningful conversation, reflection, and consistent pivots, it can also become meaningful and actually fulfilling. The Ripple is all about how the small changes both in what you’re doing and how you’re being can really go a long way. I’ll share tangible tips and tools that are research backed, as well as stories and experiences that help make the intangible more tangible. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, we’ll have fun, we'll talk about the good stuff and the hard stuff, we’ll be honest, all of the above.
