As an experienced coach (and ex-lawyer!) she speaks with honesty and empathy. No stranger to burnout, she’s been where many of her clients find themselves. Wendy has a background in nutrition and wellness (RHN, NNCP), life coach training through CTI, and a sub-specialty in alcohol-free life coaching (as a Certified Naked Mind Coach).
