51 // Choosing the Ideal Time Block for a Consistent Workout Routine

You want to be consistent with your workouts as a postpartum mom. You have tried all the habit hacks and read all the books but you just can't seem to get a routine to stick. You want to work out more consistently but you don't know what to do because your baby needs you all the time. There never seems to be the perfect time to work out. Something always takes precedence. Today we are going to talk about time blocks and how you can be more consistent with your workout habits. It's simpler than you think! Listen in.
