Meet Peter Mohan. I, like so many, do not particularly like going into banks but if there is one person who makes going into a bank so positively lovely, it's Peter!
When I first met him, didn't even know his role/ title. I just always saw him helping out on the floor, speaking to different customers, always patient and always so kind. His energy was always so warm and inviting.
I would learn that he was the branch manager and then I would find out that he started out as a BEARER of the bank!
No ego, just a spirit of service
Let's dive into this story of humility, trusting the process, developing great work ethics and being kind to all you encounter!
