Ben Grove is a mountain leader, outdoor instructor and Head Honcho of climbing brand Psychi. With an ethos of making climbing and bouldering accessible for everyone, Ben has endeavoured to get more people enjoying the outdoors, while educating on responsibility and ethics. Along the way, he’s discovered the importance that the outdoors plays on not only his own mental health but the people around him too.
