Today’s guest is one of my Launch Manager Certification Alumni, Willemijn Maas. She is based in The Netherlands and works with international clients and experts who want to grow in the online space. As a former MD, Willemijn is much more than an Ops professional. She infuses energy management into her work and guides you on how to run a business while experiencing health issues like, for example, burnout, vertigo, and chronic fatigue syndrome, all of which she has experienced. In this episode she shares her story of severe nervous system dysregulation which left her unable to look at screens or drive for months, resulting in not being able to work more than 1 hour a day!
