In this episode, we speak with Brid O’Connor, an inspirational lady, a cancer survivor herself and a person who truly understands how the power of a story can change someone's life.
In 2021 Brid launched a book called, “Spark, Stories to ignite body, mind & soul”, where she gathered 49 brilliant stories of people who had lost and found their Spark again.
We also got some insights into her own life story and the adversities she went through in life. Brid is also a mother, daughter and wife who wishes to be present in her loved ones' life for eternity, she shared with us some insights of what she would have in her time capsule for future generations to show her love for others.
