Ibrahim Abu-Arqoub is the Vice President of Retail Pharmacy Operations at Advocate Aurora Health. He oversees 70 retail pharmacies and remote dispensing centers while managing the organization’s prior authorization team. In addition, he is also responsible for AAH’s mail-order operations, specialty pharmacy program, and compounding pharmacy division. Ibrahim has served in various leadership roles since he started at Advocate Aurora Health in 2014. Prior to becoming Vice-President, he served as a Manager of Tele-pharmacy for 3 years, and went on to become the Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations in 2017. Ibrahim holds a pharmacy degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology and an MBA in healthcare management from West Texas A&M University.
