Hi Friends, this episode is a tender one & it may or may not be what your heart needs to hear. But for those who do, I share insights into how my heart has been healing since the loss of my beloved cat Beau. The Intuitive Energy work that I do has helped me to understand that honouring our feelings is integral to supporting ourselves through challenging times. So, I felt called to share my feelings in present & past grief and how I stay connected to the wisdom in my heart and my intuition. With the hope that by sharing vulnerably it may help you to feel supported in your vulnerability as well 💚
