The luteal phase is a common time of the month when SO many of us struggle with symptoms ranging from breast tenderness, PMS, exhaustion, sensitivity, anxiety, food cravings and more! Especially if we’re dealing with a deeper issue like a hormone imbalance, we can really feel like up to half of the month is challenging and full of symptoms. In this episode I’m breaking down what the luteal phase is AND how to support your body and resolve your symptoms. Because…. The luteal phase shouldn’t feel hellish!
