Sterling White
Sterling is a multifamily investor specializing in value-add apartments in Indianapolis and other Midwestern markets. With just over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Sterling was involved with the management of over $10MM in capital, which is deployed across an $18.9MM real estate portfolio made up of multifamily apartments. Through the company he founded Sonder Investment Group, he owns just under 400 units. Sterling was featured on the BiggerPockets Podcast and has been a top contributor since 2014, with over 200 posts on topics ranging from single-family investing and apartment investing to wholesaling and scaling a business online.

Marcellus McKinley
Marcellus is an aspiring investor who is currently located in Southeastern Virginia. He has invested in residential RE as a buy and hold investor and Commercial family Real Estate as a passive investor, and is currently looking to become an a GP on his first deal. His current goal is to purchase a 20-50 unit property. He currently focuses in the Hampton Roads area in VA, and the Raleigh and Charlotte Markets in NC.
