Today I have a really special episode with my good friend Jon 'Joff'. Joff is a creator, music producer, photographer, filmmaker, science geek and podcast junky. Joff has also been through a hell of a lot, losing his entire family within 1 year. Man...

Joffs resilience and approach after going through what he has is something we can all learn from, especially now in a time where so many of us are experiencing sudden grief.

If this sounds like a particularly triggering episode, you are welcome to watch when you are ready BUT I promise you this show is all about how we pull throughout of those hard situations, I identify people that have been to the bottom and have come through and Joff is one of them - This episode is uplifting and fun, despite the heavy subject matter.
