As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor she has a clinical focus and passion in women’s health, stress management, inflammation, nutrition and a love for magnesium.

She received my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She completed a 12-month clinical internship at The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic as well as at Parkdale Queen West Community Health Center. She gained experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and socioeconomic status.

Prior to attaining her Naturopathic degree, sge completed a Bachelor’s of Science Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology at York University. During this time, she also completed the Holistic Nutrition diploma as well as a 200-hour culinary nutrition program with honours.
