We live in a confined space with different personalities and cultural backgrounds, to say the least. Many of us struggle navigating the ocean of emotions we are gifted with, specially when we get triggered by unpleasant interactions with our fellow crew members. Today Chelsea Haines former Chief Stew now Gut Health and Intuition Coach shares simple actions we can use when we find ourselves in the middle of an unpleasant situation. These simple actions will allow you to ground back into yourself, so that you may respond instead of react when you get triggered. As crew members we need to take responsibility, learn and implement tools in our lives that will not only benefit us, but the entire team as a whole.
