Overcoming the Triggers of Comfort Eating," to help others. Renee spent 40 years on the Diet Yo-Yo before she got free of emotional eating, which helped her not only lose the pounds but maintain her goal weight since 2012. She redirected her practice to coach others to do the same. Renee has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a clinical residency in Pastoral Care. Her TEDx Talk on Emotional Eating has over 500,000 views and continues to grow, her book was an Amazon best-seller, and her clients span six continents.
