Mallory Velte is a 2 x World medalist for Team USA. She is an athlete representative on the Team USA Athletes Commission and the USA Wrestling board of directors, she has served since 2018. She Made 3 world teams, she won 3 WCWA college National championships for Simon Frazer University. She holds a masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology with an emphasis on Positive Coaching. She is also the Associate Director of Membership and Programming with Beat the Streets LA. In this episode, she speaks about her successes, how she makes practice plans up for wrestling camps, and the importance of sports psychology.
