Banks are more than a place for your checking and savings accounts.

Beth Hoving started her career in banking because of her love for both people AND numbers. Over the last 20+ years at Bank of America, Beth has held different positions that have enabled her to be involved in every aspect of business, from sales to team development and training.

Beth continuously sought new opportunities and took on different roles throughout her career to expand her growth, as many entrepreneurs have, but she created her empire within the structure of the corporate settings.

Currently, Beth Hoving is the Senior Vice President and East Division Business Support Executive for Small Business at Bank of America. She provides chief-of-staff support to the East Division leadership team and leads a team of regional business management and operations executives in the six regions of the East.

Beth started her career at Bank of America in 1997 as a Commercial Banking credit analyst in Kansas City. She then held various positions in the Global Learning organization from 1999 to 2011.

After that, she joined the Small Business department as the national sales performance manager for the Client Development Group. From 2014 to 2016, Beth led the small business banking team in North Carolina.
