She also specializes in 1:1 relationship coaching, for singles and married couples. She provides group sessions regarding love, self-worth, and mental health. Dr. Benita has been mentoring and encouraging women in her community and daily life through coaching training and philosophies that she has developed over the past 30 years in Corporate America.
