On June 25th 2025, in collaboration with Open Folk, we presented our first ever live interview event in Los Angeles. As Open Folk put it: "In These Lines is a live event where three artists each bring one song — not just to perform, but to explore. They sit down with Sofia Loporcaro, host of Before The Chorus, to talk about where the song came from, what it meant to write it, and what it still holds. Then they play it. Just the song, and the truth behind it." Before a song is released, a record is produced, or a chorus is written, the musicians that write them think. A lot. They live. A lot. And they feel. A LOT. Hosted by award-winning interviewer Sofia Loporcaro, Before the Chorus explores the genuine human experiences behind the music. Sofia’s deep knowledge of music and personal journey with mental health help her connect with artists on a meaningful level. This is a space where fans connect with artists, and listeners from all walks of life feel seen through the stories that shape the music we love. About the host: Sofia Loporcaro is an award-winning interviewer and radio host who’s spent over 8 years helping musicians share their stories. ×In this episode of Sara and Josh Talk About Drones, Sara and Josh talk about several developments in the UAS space. First, they give an update on the alleged UAS sightings in New Jersey from December 2024 and the consensus that these sightings were in fact authorized crewed aircraft rather than rogue UAS. Next, they cover takeaways from the recent XPONENTIAL conference and the U.S. policy implications of recent high-profile usage of small drones in wartime conflicts. Sara and Josh then discuss the Trump Administration’s recent Executive Orders on “Unleashing American Drone Dominance” and “Restoring American Airspace Sovereignty.” Finally, Sara and Josh revisit the Department of Commerce’s proceeding on the UAS supply chain to provide an update on how that proceeding is likely to resolve, and how the parallel Commerce proceeding in the connected vehicle space and the FCC’s involvement therein may shape the future of the drone supply chain.…

Wiley’s cyber team talks about cyber incident reporting after a new report from DHS advising Congress on duplication of reporting regimes. With over 50 reporting requirements spread over 20 agencies, federal agencies and the private sector should heed this report and look for ways to reduce burdens. Harmonization will be all the more challenging after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) finalized controversial new reporting mandates, as DHS is developing major new reporting rules, and other agencies adopt and propose varied and different reporting requirements. Indeed, just this week, the Federal Acquisition Regulation Council dropped yet more reporting mandates for federal contractors. This podcast comes in the wake of news of a recent leak to the press of cyber attack information reported to the government by a prominent government contractor, illustrating the sensitivity of these issues. Join Megan Brown, Lyn Brown, and Josh Waldman for a discussion of the new report and what is on the horizon for cyber incident reporting.…
