He teaches strategy, negotiation, marketing, and leadership courses at Vanderbilt. He is an in-demand speaker and author of multiple books on leadership. His latest, The Five-Week Leadership Challenge, is a story-oriented, step by step process to become the leader all organizations need. His writing has attracted more than 100,000 followers on LinkedIn.
