We live in a world where the demands of work and life never stop. There’s always one more thing to do, one more activity for kids, one more task to complete. So we push ourselves to the limit, running at full speed, only to find ourselves exhausted and burned out. But why do we keep going until we crash? What if the way we’re working is keeping us from the rest and restoration we truly need?
