In this episode, Jeff reviews the Wieland WOWs expected in each Wieland Builders Custom Home. Here are the most requested WOW's

First Floor Living Entertaining/Bars - The party has been moved to the upstairs. You know everyone wants to be close to the kitchen so having a bar on the first floor just makes sense.
Detailed Ceilings - Our homes invite you to look up as much as you look down. From coffered ceilings to cathedral and tray designs. Ceilings have become the solution to divide and define space within an open floor plan using beams, moldings, texture, and well-placed lighting.
Grand Staircases - These are both functional and stylish. We are known for making them wide and grand. Make a statement with a grand staircase and get creative with the spindles. Add Windows for more natural light and a beautiful light fixture.
Home Exterior Selections- So many materials to choose from that help with your overall vision. Brick, Stone, metal, Hardie Siding, etc. That front elevation is very important, so working closely with your Builder, Architect, and Designer will help you with your vision for the style and design of your home.
Bringing the Inside Out and the Outside In - Using Pella sliding glass units the lines are blurred between interior and exterior spaces, and kitchens flow effortlessly into family rooms and outdoor living areas. These spaces are enjoyed while entertaining or spending time alone or with family.
Pantries - Pantries are not just for storage anymore. Jeff explains that having a pantry is a big request because it keeps your kitchen counters clean and clutter-free. The pantry can have lots of storage with cabinetry, shelves for staples, and small appliances. Some pantries are a second kitchen with a sink and large appliances.
