“Kim”，一位加拿大籍、目前在荷蘭公司工作的跨性別女性、在台中生活。
「我第一次買胸罩，是在台中Sogo百貨，雖然中年女性店員看到我，一臉狐疑，但她依然為我服務、換胸罩，我看到鏡子裡的自己，身體的胸部像一般女性一樣，被櫃姐阿姨調整到適合的位置時，我哭了，阿姨櫃姐在旁邊也跟著哭了。」
「然後她就跑去後面拿了一堆性感的款式，後來，我那天在台中Sogo待了6小時，天啊，感謝那些櫃姐們。(?)」
Kim將以英文分享，飛帆將擔任翻譯。
