Latin America and Africa share many similarities as regions where the honor-culture is prevalent. In this episode, TsiTsi and Nike are joined by Enrique Cordero as they compare notes with him on Family Governance and Next Generation.
Enrique is an Advisor in Family Business in the Establishment of Governance and the Drafting of Family Protocols from the Universidad National de Ingenieria (UNI-PRODEF) in Nicaragua. His work consists of accompanying family businesses in the process of reducing conflict, establishing governance, setting clear rules in the relationship between family and business, and as a final product, drafting the family protocol.
For sixteen years, Enrique served as founder, President, and CEO of EMCOR, S.A. in Nicaragua, leading the graphic arts family business which maintained the ISO 9000:2000 certification for 10 years. With his experience, Enrique contributed his knowledge in marketing and graphic arts, making the business the leader in the market and advising his clients in their businesses and providing creative solutions.
Enrique is also an Adjunct Professor in the Universidad Americana (UAM) for the Master in Business Administration program. He has given many seminars about all these topics.He can be found here.
