Honey Tejero is the Co-Founder of Yoga Haven and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in Mysore, India. In 2016, Honey and Co-Founder Natalie created Yoga Haven to empower at-risk youth, women and young adults through the practice of yoga and meditation. Carrie Sobeck is an Ashtanga yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and the creator of MySore LV and @vedyasiargao.
