Today, she heads Global UX Research at Yahoo Inc., guiding Product, Design, and Brand/Marketing teams to turn insights into action. Before Yahoo, she led global research teams across Gen AI, SaaS, Education, Supply Chain, Finance/Fintech, Payroll, and Federal Government Contracting. She focuses on ethical, accessible research and believes durable insights in a world of big data and AI are key to de-risking business and customer experience decisions.
