So much about weight loss is geared towards women, but from the emails I've received, it's clear just how much men need support and help too. Anrew Shanahan noticed this too on his own weight loss journey, which lead to him launching an online magazine, book and website, aimed solely at men. IN THIS EPISODE, YOU’LL LEARN: The turning point that made Andrew realise he had to turn his life around How we can start to change our mindset and challenge our self imposed constraints How Andrew lost weight and the changes he made Mindful eating (for blokes!) The question to ask yourself before indulging in unwanted behaviour What you need to address before losing weight The issues specifically affecting men trying to lose weight Support for women trying to lose weight, compare to support for men The forgotten demographic in weight loss help and support Why 1 in 3 men keep the fact that they're trying to lose weight a secret FInd show notes at http://unconventionalweightloss.com/uwl-07-man-v-fat-andrew-shanahan…

Katee also shared her hormonal based approach to training, which is so logical, I'm amazed it isn't common place. We also spoke about gut health, why adrenal fatigue makes it almost impossible to lose weight and which steps to take if you have adrenal fatigue…
