1.5 oz yuzu liqueur
.5 oz simple syrup
Elderflower Tonic Water
Mint
Directions
- Muddle Yuzu liqueur, simple syrup, ami mint in a shaker
- Add gin and ice and shake
- Strain over ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with mint
- Contemplate the absurdity of the human experience
