Today, to share a little fun with our Tiegrabbers, we’re talking about the Dateline Unforgettable episode “The Pink Gun Mystery” with correspondent Josh Mankowitz.

Josh begins the episode by telling us about a letter Dateline received from a prison outside of Amarillo, Texas. Josh says that the letter promised to give them one hell of a story. But they get a lot of letters from prisoners who want Dateline to look into their cases. And, of course, only a few make it to the show. But this one did! The letter told the story of two women, Robin and Katie, who were friends who both fell in love with the same guy. But the women had turned on each other. The battle between the two women went on for years, ending in murder. But nothing was as it seemed.
