This is one for club administrators, event and series organisers, and those who have an interest in improving trials. We chat with California's two leading ladies Gabby Caperon & Erica Pophal. Gabby is the president of the SoCal Trials Association and Erica has created the Conquer the West trials series.

We departed from our traditional interview format and this was much more of a conversation; an opportunity to swap ideas and learn from each other. Hopefully, this also helps others in the wider trials family.

This was a lot of fun and I certainly took some ideas away from this which I will aim to implement when I am next running an event.
