In my view there’s no overstating the significance of surfing as the holy grail of mental health preservation. I reckon even the shittiest surf is better than no surf at all, for the simple reason of connection time. Vibing with nature, plugging into the mainframe, self-observation/sublimation/preservation, whatever you want to call it... for vitality, there’s just nothing like surfing. Rob works with Waves of Wellness, a charity administering surf therapy to people with the most to gain from feeling ocean energy in their chests. Genuine stoke sessions!
