Throws Chat is proud to welcome on Trevor Stutzman for episode 8. Trevor was 3 time D3 All American in the shot put at Messiah University in Pennsylvania. He was also the throws coach at University of Toledo where he coached the first woman thrower to ever qualify for the NCAA Championships in Eugene, OR. Trevor is currently assistant throws coach at Garage Strength and Throws University in Reading, PA alongside Dane Miller.
On today’s episode Jason and Trevor discuss setbacks and slumps in throwing and how to deal with both on the athletes and coaches side of things. There are some great tips discussed for everyone to use. You don’t want to miss this one!
