This week we start the show catching up with Fred after his trip to Chicago where he interviewed Olympic legend Michael Phelps at Procore's Groundbreak event and championed The B1M and Procore's joint mental health initiative: "Get Construction Talking". THEN we get into our main topic, 5 World Trade Center - the new residential skyscraper planned at New York's World Trade Center site seems to be (finally) moving ahead, but affordable housing and who gets to live in it is a big issue.
