This 34th safety topic being presented is on the subject matter of electric hoists and concrete buckets for high-rise buildings. This topic arose from a recent minor accident on the job during a brand-new concrete pour. Thankfully, this accident was minor and did not require a DOB inspection. The objective of this video is to share the series of events that happened that created this concrete bucket accident on the scaffold. I want to share with you how the root cause was determined and resolved so that the partial stop work order was lifted. The goal is to provide information and help people go home in the same condition that they came in. Leslie M. Jasper is your narrator for this video.
