In this episode, Clarence and Stephen welcome Central State University men's and women's head coach Ray Lewis (11:50 - 33:50). In 2019, Central State was one of six HBCUs that received a grant from USA Volleyball and First Point Foundation to start a men's program, and the Marauders are now in their first season. Listen to Ray talk about the challenges with a new program, growing the game and coaching two teams.
