Mr. Hussain was an engineer at AOL during the early 2000s, a key moment in history where web development was handled like the Wild West - no systems, no managers, and most of all no context for the end user. This experience, as well as Hussain's connection to several intellectuals and authors, led to his modern-day approach to design. Today, Hussain comes to the show to explain why as designers we need to have context for who we're building for, and how creating solid processes around that vision boosts that enormously.
