Located at the heart of the festivities, Microbrasserie À la Fût fully embraces the pioneering and adventurous spirit of the folks of the Wild West. In this interview, founding member Philippe Dumais talks about the brewery's humble beginnings over 15 years ago and their passion for oak barrel-aged beers.
