Were you allowed to have a voice as a little boy or girl? Seen but not heard was the standard for many decades. But if we couldn't "Express" yourself- how did that effect your self-image/self-worth? Are you a Tomboy or a boy that liked playing dress up? Did you grow up bullied, confused, or shamed? So many questions, but this is just another rabbit hole to "Generational Curses". The first step is admitting it! Our Parents were there financially but emotionally many failed us.
