Former Olympian, Greg Whyte joined me today for an amazing podcast filled with education, motivation, inspiration, and laughter.
Greg and I attended graduate school together at Frostburg State University (MD) and have stayed in touch for the last 30 years.
We discuss his privileged and supportive upbringing, his love for movement, his time in the Olympics and what he's doing now.
We both agreed that being a parent is the toughest job we've ever encountered but wouldn't trade it for the world.
Greg is an incredible human and professional. He's kind, giving, funny, and has a heart of gold.
I was truly honored to share space with him today.
