I’ll never forget the best piece of business advice I ever received. It was 2016, and I was working on an exhaustive list of steps that were required to get my digital business started.
By the time I hit 15 steps, I wanted to throw up. I was so utterly overwhelmed with this never ending list of things I had to do. That’s when I called my mentor for help.
He told me to get a new piece of paper and start over, this time only writing down the first step. After that, he told me to complete that step, before putting the next step on my list.
