Amy Beckley, the founder of Proov, has a unique and personal connection to the mission of her company. After struggling with infertility for 2 years and facing several miscarriages, she learned that a simple hormone supplement could have prevented it all. This experience led Amy, who is a Ph.D. Scientist to apply her expertise and uncover a luteal phase defect as the root cause of her struggles. With the help of her doctor and the supplement, Amy was finally able to conceive her daughter. This journey inspired her to co-found Proov with Ellen Schell, with the goal of empowering women at every stage of life to track their own hormones quickly and easily at home.
