Digging into the inspiration for their newest EP 'The Good One', we uncover Jeff's journey of self discovery brought on by the ending of his former band LetLive. We discuss Jeff's transition away from social media and the music business, and how it ultimately allowed him to earn multiple degrees, find financial stability as a musician, and establish a healthy balance between work and music when he was finally ready to return to the stage. We talk about his studio in a backpack, grappling with choice paralysis in the digital world, and deciding what to do with the EP when it was finally finished.
