In this film Maxine takes her acting skills to Hollywood where she lands herself a main character role in a sequal to a very successful yet controvertial movie called The Puritan. Now as she's STARRING in this movie proving to herself that she can be a phenominal actress something from her past catches up to her and starts to terrify her.
