Billy shares his close personal and business collaborations with his favorite band, the Grateful Dead. Billy was actually married by Guitarist Bob Wier, who was his wedding minister! Billy goes from just a loyal fan of the Grateful Dead to a personal friend and business confidante of the band. What a Story!

Billy would go on to form his own Real Estate Development Company, and by 32 years old would be named the New York Developer of the Year.
