Madeline Sims is a self-proclaimed seasoned generalist with a passion for building boundary-bursting, culture-driving brands, telling inspiring stories, and cultivating thriving communities. With a track record of success in brand optimization and marketing strategy, Mattie has demonstrated expertise in nurturing business development within the retail, hospitality, and gaming industries. Currently, Mattie leads Brand and Marketing at Rally, a pickleball lifestyle brand creating social-club venues focused on serving those leading an active social life, soon expanding across North America. Rally’s first location in Charlotte, NC opened June 2023 and features indoor and outdoor pickleball courts alongside craft cocktail bars, elevated cuisine, and a specialty coffee bar. In this interview, we discuss Mattie’s past and present experiences in digital marketing and strategy and the rising market of pickleball.
