Guido Nunez is founder of ChrisLina Wealth Partners (CWP), llc, a real estate multi family investment venture. It’s current portfolio spans, Tennessee, Arizona and California. Guido is an experienced investor, starting in 2006, with single family homes. In 2013, Guido ventured into multi family. Guido has over 20 years experience in the consumer products industry. He holds an MBA, and is a 2nd degree black belt and 4X full marathoner.
In 2023, the Business Insider, wrote 2 articles on Guido’s story of success. Guido has been a guest in several podcasts, and runs the real estate website www.theW2investor.com.
