A NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENT WHO WITNESSED THE CARNAGE ACKNOWLEDGED, ACCORDING TO VIDEO FOOTAGE, THAT NYPD HAD RESPONDED TO THE SITUATION CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT USING TOO MUCH FORCE.
