Bill has 25 years of business experience in the high-tech computer industry where he started in customer service at 20 years old and worked his way up through sales and then to owning his own software company.
He grew up sailing in Annapolis and fishing in the outer banks of North Carolina.
Bill is a top-selling new boat salesperson at his company and within 24 months and was quickly promoted to New Boat Sales Manager.
Bill’s customer service and sales background have made him a natural at owner orientation for all of our customers. In the last eight years, Bill has made it a point to get as much sea-time on the boats as possible, taking boats to and from boat shows, picking up new boats at the port, and going on trips with customers as part of the training.
If you don’t find Bill in the office, he is probably on a boat learning something new.
Bill takes all of this experience and his love for yachting and has started The New Yachtsman podcast where he discusses the trends in the industry and brings on other industry leaders for their take on what is going on in the Yachting world.
